According to WTKR reports, this grocery store chain may soon open in Town Center Virginia Beach following an application review conducted by them showing they applied for an Alcohol Beverage Control license at what was formerly Bed Bath & Beyond space in Town Center Virginia Beach – though no further comment from company has been given as of yet.

Additionally, diners can select fresh cuts of chicken, lamb and pork along with salads, sides, and desserts on their menu.
Fogo de Chao will soon open their fourth location in Virginia, joining those already established in Richmond, Tysons, and Reston. Scheduled to open its doors by May, this new Fogo Brazilian steakhouse at Pembroke Square will seat 450 diners and also boasts Funny Bone Comedy Club as well as DraftCade — an arcade gaming franchise offering nearly 50 rotating craft beer taps paired with classic arcade game favorites – among other amenities.
Armada Hoffler recently announced two substantial retail leases at Columbus Village within Town Center Virginia Beach district. The Company leased 14,000 square feet to an established grocer and 19,000 square feet to a national sporting goods retailer – these new tenants will fill many of the spaces vacated by Bed Bath & Beyond before its closure earlier this year.

Pembroke Square has more exciting plans in store for it beyond Trader Joe’s addition. Crews are anticipated to begin breaking ground for a hotel within 30-45 days, while construction of a 6,590-square-foot Brazilian steakhouse known for unlimited gaucho (skirt cutting) and churrasco (grill steak) service has begun as well. When complete, this restaurant will become Virginia’s fourth location offering this type of experience – joining Richmond, Tysons, and Reston locations.

Pembroke Mall will soon undergo an exciting transformation into a modern lifestyle destination. A $200 million revamp will include hotel, apartments and restaurant space as part of this modernization project; completion is scheduled for 2027.
Tempo by Hilton will break ground early 2026 on an impressive 7-story hotel and apartment complex with 273 apartments and a 600 space parking garage, in addition to providing senior living services like Aviva Pembroke which opened last December – each facility designed for comfort in modern living environments.
Tempo by Hilton is part of Hilton Worldwide and can be seen as the “cool cousin” to hotels such as Conrad, Curve and Element. Their first location in Times Square will be part of the new 46-story TSX Broadway building across from where thousands of tourists descend daily to take selfies amid bright lights and flashing marquees of New York City.
