File P21, Nia Ramadhani’s Drug Case Will Be Tried Soon : Okezone Celebrity

JAKARTA – After Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie were widely reported to have been released from rehabilitation, the Central Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) released an official statement regarding the couple’s current condition.

Head of Intelligence for the Central Jakarta District Attorney’s Office (Kejari), Bani Immanuel Ginting, revealed that Nia Ramadhani, Ardi Bakrie, and their driver ZN were in good condition. “Therefore, their case has entered stage 2,” he said when met on Thursday (11/25/2021).

Bani added that the second stage of the examination included identity checks and documents related to what articles were suspected of Nia and the two other suspects. “In this case, Article 1 Letter A of Law 35 of 2009 concerning Junto Narcotics 55 of the Criminal Code Paragraph 1,” he added.

Furthermore, Bani explained, the case files will be transferred to the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) in the next week. Meanwhile, the determination of the panel of judges will be determined by the chairman of the district court.

“So, within 7 days we will use it for the delegation. After the delegation is made, a trial schedule will be determined,” he added.

The case files for Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie have been declared complete, aka P21, by the Central Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office. After that, the second stage of the examination will begin on November 24, 2021, at around 10.00 WIB.

As is known, the Bidadari actress and her personal driver, ZN, were arrested by the police at her private residence for drug possession on July 7, 2021. On the same day, her husband Ardi Bakrie also surrendered.

After a urine test, all three tested positive for methamphetamine, aka methamphetamine. Then on July 10, 2021, the police named Nia Ramadhani and two others as suspects.*
