The craziest love experiment on German TV is entering the next round: the eighth season of “Wedding at First Sight” has been running on SAT.1 since November 3rd. In the new season of “Wedding at first sight”, twelve singles willing to marry want to say yes to an unknown partner who was previously selected by three experts in the field of partnership on the basis of various criteria.
“Wedding at first sight” 2021: Which couples are still together or already separated!
Six couples and thus twelve singles will face the TV social experiment in 2021 and have to decide ad hoc directly in front of the altar whether they want to give each other a legally valid yes-word and start a married life together or not. In the successful SAT.1 show, getting to know each other only begins after the wedding: How is the honeymoon going? How does the couple do in everyday life? And: can science turn into love?
Only after a few weeks spent together do the newlyweds have to make a decision: stay together or divorce? Your opinion is needed! Vote!
The couples at “Wedding at first sight” in 2021
Selina & Michael
The 26-year-old surgical assistant from Aachen and the 30-year-old sales representative from Oldenburg got married in the first HadeB episode – including a long and deep kiss. Selina wants an open and communicative man, Michael wants a harmonious relationship in which you can talk openly and honestly about everything, share various hobbies, but also give each other freedom. After getting married at “Wedding at first sight” in 2021, the two lovebirds will probably be on cloud nine.
Anika & David
The 27-year-old educator from Lüneburg and the 30-year-old test analyst from Hamburg got married and said yes at “wedding at first sight”. David’s dream relationship is “a mixture of friendship and romance”, Anika’s dream man should be self-confident and be in the middle of life.
Manuela & Ralf
Manuela (50) and Ralf (57) tied the knot in the third episode of “Wedding at First Sight”. The two spend their honeymoon together in Malta. A spontaneous visit to the pool by Manuela and Ralf’s impatience bothered the couple. Are they still together?
Simone & Marcus
The 31-year-old clerk has been single for two years. Now she has dared and married Marcus (34) at “Wedding at first sight”. A man can score points with her “by taking her as she is and not wanting to change her”, Marcus wishes “to find the right woman at his side and ideally to grow old with her.”
Lisa & Mario
The 26-year-old medical assistant and the 36-year-old office clerk tied the knot at “Wedding at first sight”. For Lisa, getting married is part of life and for her means giving a man a promise to go through thick and thin. Mario hopes to find a woman with whom he “will be happy for the rest of his life”.
Juliane & Robert
The 31-year-old nurse and the 35-year-old head of quality assurance dared to step in front of the altar in episode 6 of “Wedding at First Sight”. Both want the experiment to work and that science will turn into love.
