Cultural and leisure facilities have to close.
Further information
Because the Higher Administrative Court in Greifswald overturned the measurement of the ITS utilization as a secondary criterion on Friday and overruled the corresponding regulations, the ITS utilization is no longer taken into account in the LAGuS’s current Corona report. According to figures from the LAGuS and the Ministry of Health, 319 (+2) people across the country are currently being treated for Covid-19 disease in a hospital, of whom, according to LAGuS, 88 (+ -0) are in an intensive care unit. According to the intensive care register (as of Monday 5:15 p.m.), 59 (+6) patients are ventilated invasively.

The district of Vorpommern-Greifswald has the highest incidence of hospitalization with 11.9. Schwerin reports a value of 4.2, Ludwigslust-Parchim of 3.8 and Northwest Mecklenburg of 2.5. The seven-day incidence of new infections is only a secondary criterion for determining the corona protective measures in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It drops to 419.4 (-0.2). The district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte has the highest incidence of new infections with 536.7, the city of Schwerin has the lowest with 343.1. The LAGuS no longer shows the incidence separated into vaccinated and unvaccinated persons, because data that are transmitted late would result in “incomplete presentations”. In addition, the LAGuS made further changes to the management report and the tier map.
