the current partner of her husband placed in police custody

This is a new twist in the case of the disappearance, on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, of Delphine Jubillard, the 33-year-old nurse who lived in Cagnac-les-Mines, a village near Albi .

The new companion of her husband, Cédric Jubillar, was arrested and taken into custody as part of the investigation into this disappearance, we learned from a source close to the investigation, Wednesday, December 15. This 44-year-old woman, an employee of a logistics company, lives in a town near Albi. She has been heard since 7 am in a gendarmerie in Tarn, according to another source close to the investigation.

She was the companion of Cédric Jubillar at the time of the latter’s imprisonment in June. That same month, she told a correspondent for Agence France-Presse that she had met her in April, during a hunt organized to look for clues relating to the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. Cédric Jubillar had revealed their affair by posting a photo of them on Facebook, which had shocked many relatives of the disappeared.

Cédric Jubillar indicted

After the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, her husband is still the main suspect. Detained in solitary confinement since his indictment for murder on June 18, the latter has repeatedly proclaimed his innocence, and his lawyers submitted a new request for release on December 7, after several unsuccessful attempts.

To justify the indictment, the public prosecutor, Dominique Alzeari, put forward a “Very conflictual separation context” and reports a heated argument on the evening of December 15, reportedly witnessed by the couple’s 6-year-old son. Many gray areas remain in this affair without a body, confession or irrefutable evidence.
