Bercy retains around twenty additional structures to support the digitization of VSEs and SMEs

After launching a second call for projects last March intended to “massify” the digital transformation of VSEs and SMEs, Bercy announces today that it has retained 21 groups of operators out of 48 applications submitted. This brings to 51 the number of groups able to offer free training to small structures.

Bercy indicates that this addition to the list of selected groups brings to nearly 70,000 the number of companies that will be able to benefit from free training and support financed by France Relance. Still, we will still have to convince many leaders to take advantage of the device. A survey conducted by Bercy in 2020 revealed that 32% of VSEs / SMEs were not convinced of the benefits that digital technology could bring them.

Among the national or regional operators selected for this call for tenders are BNP Paribas, the CPME Occitanie and Paris Ile-de-France, Docaposte (Groupe La Poste), Mastercard or even Awelty (artisanal TPE) and Simplon .co (social and solidarity economy). Structures tasked with raising awareness and providing support on various points, such as improving referencing, communication with customers, digital billing management or even data security.

Calendar and topics of training for the various operators will be centralized on a dedicated page on the France Num portal. Bercy has already indicated that a third call for projects will be launched next September.

This device is added to the directory of solutions dedicated to shops, published by the Ministry of the Economy in early November, on the occasion of the second national confinement. Among its many effects, the health crisis will have highlighted the delay taken by French businesses in terms of digitizing their activity.
