EasyJet and Feltrinelli Libraries together for the little ones with the #CaroBabboNatale initiative

In practice, as many special post offices have been opened in three Feltrinelli bookstores in Milan (Duomo, Piazza Piemonte and Corso Buenos Aires) which offer their help in collecting children’s wishes and delivering them to Santa’s village.

From 1 to 15 December inclusive, all children will find in the Kids Area of these three bookstores a special mailbox where they can post their wish list. On the last day, an easyJet pilot will collect them in a bag, then transport them in person on the first easyJet flight departing on December 19th from Milan Malpensa to Rovaniemi, Finland, and deliver them directly to the most magical village on the planet. in the hands of the man who wears red clothes and hasn’t cut his white beard for decades.

“Traveling has always been a beautiful experience and being able to share it with loved ones makes it even more magical. The new route to Rovaniemi was designed precisely for a family trip, to rediscover the thrill of leaving together to discover an enchanted place, and home of the one who represents the magic of Christmas for adults and children. We are thrilled to collaborate with laFeltrinelli and thrilled to be able to animate the wishes of the little ones, personally delivering their letters to Santa Claus with a truly special flight, full of dreams, emotions and many expectations ”comments Valentina Pedrazzi, easyJet Italy marketing manager.

“We have enthusiastically joined this initiative with easyJet because we believe it is important to be the spokesperson for the wishes of future generations – underlines Roberto Merlini, chief customer officer laFeltrinelli -. Because bookshops are par excellence the places of the possible and the impossible, that virgin space in which everyone, through reading, can dream, imagine parallel worlds, discover unknown lands, inside and outside of oneself. And if among the many stories, there is one that speaks of a big man dressed in red with a white beard who fulfills the wishes of all the children on the planet one day a year, it is nice to know that it is the place that it helps to keep this magic intact ”.
