Lazio, Corrado: “Three new nominations from Unesco sites”

The Lazio Region, once again this year, participates with its own stand at the WTE – World Tourism Event, the World Tourism Exhibition that will take place in Padua, in the prestigious historic building of Palazzo della Ragione, from 23 to 25 September 2021.

In the twelfth consecutive edition of the WTE, an appointment that over time has gained an important position in the calendar of Italian events for the enhancement of cultural heritage in terms of tourism development, Lazio wants to surprise not only with its UNESCO sites, but also with its candidacies in the Italian Tentative list.

The appointment dedicated to the study of the sites of the Lazio Region, entitled “Material, immaterial and natural: Lazio and the variety of its UNESCO heritage“Will be held in the Sala Cavallo, on 24 September at 15:00, in the presence of the Councilor for Tourism, Local Authorities, Urban Security, Local Police and Administrative Simplification, Valentina Corrado, of the Director of the Bracciano – Martignano Regional Park, Daniele Badaloni, of the Director of the Villa Adriana and Villa D’Este Autonomous Institute of Tivoli, Andrea Bruciati, of the President of the Unindustria Young Entrepreneurs Group of Viterbo, Alessandra Sensi and, representing the Roman Archaeological Group, Sara Mancini. The meeting will be moderated by the Scientific Director of the WTE, Robert Piattelli.
