Wizz Air renews its partnership with Aeroporti di Puglia. New flights from Bari

Wizz Air raises the stakes on Puglia. “Today more than ever – says the president of Airports of Puglia, Antonio Maria Vasile – AdP and WizzAir, with the constant proximity of the Puglia Region, want to join their forces and their entrepreneurial skills to consolidate a recovery that promises to be very marked, both in terms of traffic growth and in terms of network expansion. With the renewal of the contract until 2026, we have given further strength to the recovery, to the rebirth, to the desire to get back on track stronger than before “.

With over 262,000 passengers carried in the first four months of this yearof which about 39,000 in Brindisi and 223,000 in Bari, and with 29 destinations served the low cost which in terms of number of destinations and market presence is the second carrier in Puglia, is contributing significantly to the recovery of traffic. To confirm this, the short-term launch of three new destinations from Bari, Olbia, Skiathos and Crete (Chania), which will be added to those already operational.
